This archive contains many documents about German-Jewish
history not only of Berlin but also from the former General Archive of
the German Jews which covered material dated from the end of the
eighteenth century to the beginning of the twentieth century from 400
Jewish organizations, institutions and communities.

Here you can find general address books going back to 1799. They
are on micro films. As the number of screens is limited, a prior
appointment is advised.
The telephone books go back to 1913. The Jewish address books
from 1929 and 1931 are also available there.
