Please disregard the outcries of those of our politicians who are ready to sacrifice peace on the altar of their pitiful political survival. Please ignore our vociferous messianic crazies and right-wing rabble-rousers. Be assured, the vast majority of the people of Israel want peace.

Peace must be based on the co-existence of the State of Israel and the State of Palestine in peace and security, with the pre-1967 line serving as the border between them and Jerusalem as their joint capital. Settlements must be removed, and the refugee problem solved in a humane fashion.

If you would release Jonathan Pollard in return for the immediate release of all Palestinian prisoners held in Israel, it would be a great contribution.
