The Netanyahu government is disintegrating before our very eyes.
This is the end of a government which destroyed the peace process and
which believed that it can get around the Palestinian problem by deceit.
But the truth cannot be evaded: The Palestinian problem is THE
Israeli problem. It throws its shadow on all parts of our life – not
only on peace and security, but also on the economic and social aspects.
No leader, who does not speak honestly about this problem and
does not offer a true solution, must be allowed to assume power.
The fall of Netanyahu proves this.
The truth must be said: There is no solution except the mutual
recognition of the two peoples of this land, each recognizing the rights
of the other. A pact of peace between the State of Israel and the State
of Palestine.
Israel deserves a leader who will lead it on
the way to peace.
The Refusal to support the settlements, by buying
their products, gathers momentum.
